Director of Sales — Global

 

Our firm helps individuals and families from all over the world to obtain citizenship and residency in new countries. We’re seeking people who are switched on, proactive and motivated to help our clients obtain new citizenships and residencies.

As the Director of Sales at Global Residence Index, you will be responsible for managing a global team of client advisors in the ever-growing investment migration industry. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for managing all our company’s sales operations.

We are open for this role to be working from any of our office locations. Alternatively, Global Residence Index can open a new sales office in a city of your choosing.

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain leadership, training and development, including management of sales representatives
  • Arranging and conducting online meetings with interested clients
  • Advising clients on the citizenship & residency programs we offer
  • Meeting monthly sales quotas

 

Qualifications

  • Prior consulting or sales experience
  • Strong Communication skills – written and verbal
  • Strong networking and relationship-building ability
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills
  • A multitasker and problem solver with confidence and a positive attitude
  • Demonstrated professionalism at all times
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Exceptional at staying organized and being able to prioritize
  • Ability to thrive in a task and goal-driven sales environment
  • A degree in business, economics, or law is not a requirement but will be considered an advantage
  • For this role, experience within our industry is a requirement
